The winery
What to expect
Stonegait began with home winemaking and a small vineyard, then a barn purchase in 2015. The Madison property had been a working horse farm in the 1990s. Its owners combined farming, construction and horse-racing experience to convert the abandoned barn, giving the winery both its name and its building story.
